梯度复合铝合金的缝隙腐蚀研究

摘    要:研究了2024/3003铝合金板材在梯度复合面之间的缝隙腐蚀行为,观察了不同腐蚀时间下2024/3003铝合金梯度复合面的宏观和微观腐蚀形貌,总结了合金的腐蚀失重和腐蚀速率变化规律.结果显示:2024/3003梯度复合铝合金板材在缝隙腐蚀的开始阶段,平均腐蚀失重较快,平均腐蚀速率逐渐升高,在250 h以后,平均腐蚀失重减慢,平均腐蚀速率迅速降低,并逐渐趋向稳定.

Abstract:The crevice corrosion behavior of a 2024/3003 aluminum alloy plate at the gradient bonded planes was investigated.The macro and microstructure of the corroded gradient bonded planes with respect to different corrosion durations were observed.The average corrosion weight loss and corrosion rate of the Al alloy were measured.The results showed that the average corrosion weight loss and corrosion rate increased with increasing corrosion duration at the initial stage of crevice corrosion.After corrosion for 250 h,both the average corrosion weight loss and average corrosion rate of the alloy sharply decreased and reached steady values.In general,the external layer of the gradient Al alloy plates showed excellent resistance to crevice corrosion.
