摘    要:通过对机械设备在用润滑油的污染度检测与光、铁谱分析试验,运用灰色系统理论,计算了重量污染度为磨粒浓度以及磨损金属元素(Fe,Cu)之间的灰色关联度。初步揭示了在用润滑油的污染度与光铁谱数据之间的关系,并指出在用油的污染程度可以一定程度上反映机械设备的磨损状态,污染度分析方法可替代直读铁谱分析。

Abstract:The grey relational grades among weight contamination, wear particle content, wear severity index and wear metallic elements (Fe, Cu) were calculated based upon the grey system theory through contamination degree test, spectrometry and ferrography analysis. Results showed that oil contamination levels could indicate the wear state of machinery equipment to some extent. Direct reading ferrography might be replaced by contamination levels detection.
