摘    要:采用两步法制备基因载体聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)改性纳米四氧化三铁(Fe304)磁性液体.样品经傅里叶红外光谱(FIR)、Zeta电位分析、透射电镜(TEM)、热失重分析(TC)和磁化曲线测定等表征.改性水基磁性液体性能稳定.饱和磁化强度可达3.3emu/g.Fe3O4晶粒平均粒径大约为8nm,改性Fe3O4纳米颗粒粒径约为75nm,磁性液体的密度约为1.192g/cm^3.用琼脂糖凝胶电泳方法定性分析了PEI改性水基磁性液体与DNA结合的情况,结果说明这种磁性样品可用作生物医学中基因载体.

Abstract:A magnetic fluid modified with polyelthylenemine (PEI) was prepared by two-step methods. The samples were characterized by laser light scattering, transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), Zeta potential and vibration magnetometer, respectively. The PEI-modified magnetic liquid is stable and the saturation magnetization is 3.3 emu/g. The average grain size of Fe3O4 is about 8 nm. The nanoparticle size of the PEI-modified magnetic fluid is about 75 nm, and the density is 1.192 g/cm3, respectively. The connection between magnetic fluid and DNA was tested by electrophoresis. The results indicate that the PEI-modified magnetic liquid is a promising candidate as DNA carrier of biomedicine.
