超声波热量表计量性能影响因素的研究

摘    要:超声波热量表是精确计量供热过程中热能消耗的一种计量仪表。本文通过对超声波热量表工作原理的分析,指出影响超声波热量表性能的核心因素为超声波传感器。通过对超声波传感器主要参数的详细分析,为计量校准人员准确、高效的完成超声波热量的计量校准工作提供帮助,同时给超声波热量表生产企业提出相应的建议。

Abstract:Ultrasonic heat meter is a kind of measuring instrument for accurately measuring the heat energy consumption in heating process.In order to analysis of the working principle of the ultrasonic heat meter,it is pointed out that the key factor affecting the performance of the ultrasonic heat meter is the ultrasonic sensor.Through the detailed analysis of the main parameters of the ultrasonic sensor,this paper provides help for the metrological calibrators to complete the measurement and calibration of the ultrasonic heat accurately and efficiently,and at the same time puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the enterprises producing the ultrasonic heat meter.
