摘    要:应用蓄冷节能原理,在现有冰箱(包括冷藏室和冷冻室)上安装敷管蓄冷板和箱壁蓄冷板,蓄冷板内封装NH4Cl、NaCl(或KCl)水溶液按一定比例组成的蓄冷材料,其相变温度与冰箱蒸发温度相适应.实验数据表明,蓄冷冰箱与普通冰箱相比,温度均匀、波动小,压缩机启停频率减少,节能%5~13%.

Abstract:Based on the cool-storage theory,cool-storage plates laying around the evaporator tubers and laying along the inner walls were installed in the refrigerator.These plates were filled with the aqueous solution of NH 4Cl and NaCl or KCl,the phase transition temperature of which is consistent with evaporating temperature of the evaporator.From the experimental results,the temperature in the cool-storage refrigerator is more uniform with less fluctuation compared with the current refrigerators.Besides,the on-off frequency of the compressor decreased.The cool-storage refrigerator saves more energy by 5%-13% than the current one.
