| 摘 要： | 宽厚板生产管理是一项庞大而又复杂的系统工程，它具有严格按合同组织生产、多规格、小批量、物流交叉等特点，为强化生产管理，实现物流和信息流的同步，实现经营管理与制造管理有机结合，实现信息的无缝链接与共享，建立现代化的生产制造执行系统（MES）成为必然选择。

| Abstract: | Heavy plate production management is a huge and complex system engineering, it has strictly according to contract production, multistandard, low-volume, logistics, cross and other features for enhanced production management, logistics and information flow to achieve the synchronization, to achieve management combination with manufacturing management to achieve the seamless link of information sharing, the establishment of modern manufacturing execution system （MES） has become an inevitable choice. |
