海底管道阴极保护数值模拟计算边界条件的确定

摘    要:数值模拟计算是进行阴极保护设计的有效方法,而边界条件的确定会直接影响计算结果的准确性。本文通过试验的方法研究并建立了管线钢和牺牲阳极的边界条件,并据此边界条件对管线上防腐涂层破损点进行了数值模拟计算,计算结果与实测结果吻合良好,由此证明了根据试验建立的边界条件是合理、可靠的,可用于海底管线的阴极保护评估。

Abstract:Numerical simulation is an effective method of cathodic protection design, and the determination of boundary conditions will directly affect the accuracy of the results. This paper introduced the boundary conditions of pipeline steel and sacrificial anode was established by experimental study,and the numerical simulation was performed by means of the boundary conditions, the results are conformity with the measured results, which proved that the boundary conditions are reasonable and can be used in the submarine pipeline cathodic protection evaluation.
