图像处理技术在超小功率金卤灯电极装配中的实验研究

摘    要:该文基于图像处理和图像识别理论,用CCD摄像头对超小功率金卤灯电极装配实时监控采样,把图像数据通过图像采集卡输入计算机,设计一定的算法,对采集到的电弧管图像进行处理,识别出装配中的电极,测量出两电极间的距离,再和标称值对比,得出误差,并转换成调整指令,发送给交流伺服驱动器,并驱动电机控制电极的精确装配。

Abstract:Based on the theories of image processing and image recognizing, some algorithms has been designed to process the electrode's images gathered by CCD and passed to the computer by the gathering card, recognize the assembled electrodes, measure the distance between the electrodes, get the error margin by comparing the distance with the normal value, then convert it into adjusting instructions and send out to AC servo driver.
