高频B超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的临床应用分析

摘    要:目的:研究高频B超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的临床应用。方法:我院在进行此次研究的时候,主要选择了84例患有乳腺良恶性病变的患者作为此次的研究对象,经过调查分析发现,所有患者均符合此次诊断标准,而且所有患者以及家属均同意进行此次研究,且都签署了我院自制的同意书,在此基础上,主要按照乳腺良性和恶性病变分为了两组,其中乳腺良性病变患者为观察组,乳腺恶性病变患者为对照组,所有患者所给予的诊断方式是相同的,均是高频B超诊断方式。我院进行此次研究所采用的研究对象均是收治于2017年9月至2018年9月之间的,在此基础上,对比分析两组患者的诊断效果和乳腺良恶性病变的超声图像特点。结果:本次研究结果可以表明,两组患者虽然应用了相同的疾病诊断措施,但是所获得的结果不同,观察组在诊断效果方面要优于对照组,相对来说乳腺良恶性病变的超声图像特点也要优于对照组,差异明显。结论:高频B超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的临床应用效果明显,值得进一步研究发展。

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical application of high frequency B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods: During this study, our hospital selected 84 patients with benign and malignant breast lesions as the subjects of this study. After investigation and analysis, it was found that all the patients met the diagnostic criteria, and all the patients and their families agreed to carry out this study, and all of them signed the self-made consent form of our hospital. On this basis, the benign and malignant breast lesions were mainly divided into two groups, among which the benign breast lesions were the observation group and the malignant breast lesions were the control group. All the patients were given the same diagnosis method, which was the high frequency B-ultrasound diagnosis method. The subjects for this study in our hospital were all admitted and treated between September 2017 and September 2018. On this basis, the diagnostic effect of the two groups of patients and the characteristics of ultrasound images of benign and malignant breast lesions were compared and analyzed. Results: The results of this study showed that although the two groups of patients applied the same diagnostic measures for the disease, the results were different. The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of the diagnosis effect, and the ultrasound image features of benign and malignant breast lesions were also superior to the control group, showing obvious differences. Conclusion: High frequency B-ultrasound is effective in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.
