DR脊柱全景成像与CT在脊柱侧弯Cobb角测量诊断的比较

目的:研究DR脊柱全景成像与CT在脊柱侧弯Cobb角测量诊断价值。方法:随机抽取80例脊柱侧弯患者,采用随机综合评分法分为参照组和试验组,各40例。参照组采用CT诊断,试验组采用DR脊柱全景成像诊断。观察诊断结果。结果:①试验组单一畸形、肋骨合并畸形和裂椎检出率与参照组相比要多,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②试验组侧弯Cobb角(55.46±18.42)°,参照组侧弯Cobb角(47.55±17.22)°,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DR脊柱全景成像技术使用快捷、图像准确,在脊柱侧弯Cobb角测量中明显优于CT诊断,利于临床医师对患者进行诊断及治疗,值得临床推广。

The Comparison of DR Spinal Panoramic Imaging and CT in the Measurement of Cobb Angle in Scoliosis

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of DR spinal panoramic imaging and CT in scoliosis Cobb Angle measurement. Methods: 80 patients with scoliosis were randomly selected, and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group using the randomized comprehensive scoring method, with 40 cases each. The reference group was diagnosed by CT, and the experimental group was diagnosed by DR spinal panoramic imaging. Observe the diagnosis. Results:①The detection rate of single deformity, combined rib deformity and split vertebra in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group, showing statistical significance(P<0.05).②Experimental group side-bending Cobb Angle(55.46±18.42)°, reference group side-bending Cobb Angle(47.55± 17.22)°,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: DR spinal panoramic imaging technology is fast in use and accurate in image. It is significantly superior to CT diagnosis in scoliosis Cobb Angle measurement, which is conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of patients by clinicians and worthy of clinical promotion.
