| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高分辨率CT(HRCT)扫描技术在鼻骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法：对32例鼻骨骨折患者的CT资料进行回顾性分析。32例鼻骨骨折患者均行轴位加冠状位HRCT扫描。结果：19例鼻骨粉碎性骨折，13例线性骨折。合并上颌骨额突骨折8例，额骨骨折4例，眼眶壁骨折10例，鼻中隔骨折2例，鼻额缝分离2例。结论：HRCT扫描技术对鼻骨骨折的诊断有较高临床应用价值，轴位扫描和冠状位扫描相结合的HRCT扫描可作为鼻骨骨折常规和首选的检查方法。

| Abstract: | To investigate the practical value of nosal bone fracture.Materials and Methods:CT data of 32 patients with nosal bone fracture were restrospectively analyzed;HRCT was done and axial plus coronal scanning was performed in these 32 cases.Results:Nosal bone fracture in 19 cases;line fracture in 13 cases,maxially bone combined with forehead project fracture in 8 cases;with frontal bone fracture in 4 cases;with obrited wall fracture in 10 cases;with nosal septum fractue in 2 cases;with the displacement of nose and forehead in 2 cases.Conclusion:HRCT scan technology can perform a high practical value in the disgnosis of nosal bone fracture.It is expected that axial plus cornoral scanning HRCT will be a first choice and normal device in the disgnosis of nosal bone fracture. |
