Spectroscopic investigations of Nd3+ ion in lead acetate glass |

| Abstract: | Using the optical absorption spectra and the Judd-Ofelt theory, intensity parameters (Ωλ) are calculated. Radiative lifetimes (T R), branching ratios (β) and integrated absorption cross sections (Σ) are reported for certain excited levels of Nd3+ ion in lead acetate glass. |
