| 摘 要： | 本文利用扫描电子显微镜对环氧复合材料层合板层间破坏断口形貌的观察,分析了解理台阶的形成过程,并讨论了影响解理台阶形态的因素.最后,对复合材料层合板层间微裂纹的扩展与解理台阶和河流状花样所呈方向之间的关系进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | The fractography of interlaminarly failed epoxy matrix composite laminates was observed with the aid of a scanning electron microscopy in this work. The mechanism resulted in the formation of cleavage steps is analysed while influential factors upon the size and shape of those steps are discussed. The corelation of microcrack propagation in the delamination of the composites to cleavage step and river pattern is explored in the final part of this paper. |
