摘    要:以AZ91D镁合金为基体,采用搅熔铸造法将球磨后的粉煤灰漂珠颗粒加入到熔融态基体中,设置球磨漂珠质量分数(2%、6%和10%)和搅拌时间(3min和6min),成功制备了Mg2Si/AZ91D复合材料。采用金相分析、XRD分析和动态机械热分析等方法研究了铸态和固溶态Mg2Si/AZ91D复合材料的显微组织、成分及阻尼性能。研究表明:与AZ91D镁合金相比,加入球磨漂珠颗粒后制备的Mg2Si/AZ91D复合材料中生成了Mg2Si相,而且随着漂珠质量分数的增加,Mg2Si相呈现不规则形状,固溶后Mg2Si相呈现均匀块状。随着漂珠质量分数的增加,Mg2Si/AZ91D复合材料的阻尼性能越好,搅拌时间6min制备的复合材料阻尼性能高于搅拌时间3min制备的复合材料的阻尼性能,并且固溶态的阻尼性能优于铸态。在室温下,Mg2Si/AZ91D复合材料阻尼性能可用位错理论来解释。

Abstract:Mg2 Si/AZ91D composites were synthesized by stirring casting method using addition different content of fly ash cenospheres to AZ91D Mg alloy substrate as raw materials.The microstructure,composition and damping capacities of the Mg2 Si/AZ91D composite materials were investigated by means of optical microscope,XRD and dy-namic mechanical thermal analysis.The results show that there is Mg2 Si phase in the composites after adding milling cenosphere particles,compared with the Mg alloy.With the increase of mass fraction of cenosphere,Mg2 Si phase shows irregular shape,and the damping capacities of the composites increase.After the solution treatment,the dis-tribution of Mg2 Si particles in Mg2 Si/AZ91D composite becomes more uniform,and the damping capacities are high-er than those of as-cast composite.The damping capacity of Mg2 Si/AZ91D composites prepared by stirring 6 min is higher than those by stirring 3 min at both room temperature and elevated temperature.Damping capacities of Mg2 Si/AZ91D composites can be explained by the G-L theory at room temperature.
