涂层对复合材料残余应力的影响

摘    要:由于复合材料组分的热物理性能不同引起的残余应力是影响复合材料性能的一个重要因素,有必要对其进行认真的研究.本文利用热弹性力学值解,提出了在单向纤维增强复合材料体系中,纤维表面附着涂层的复合材料残余应力的分析模型.

Abstract:A Preliminary model for the analvsis thermo-mechanical behavior of interfacialcoating on fibers in unidirectional composites was developed on the solution of thermo-elasticmechanics,The low modulus coating can effectively reduce the interfacial stress caused bydifferent thermal expansion coefficient betweeh fibers and matrix, no matter how high or lowthe expansion coefficients of coatings are in CF/Al and SiC/Ti systems, however,highmodulus coating can decrease the interfacial compressive stress,only when the thermalexpomsion of coating is low.
