摘    要:通过观察CCD显微摄像仪获取的三维五向编织复合材料的截面图像,分析了纱线的排列规律及其截面形状的变化,建立了三维实体单胞模型,该模型合理地反映了纱线的交织状态和截面形状。基于该模型建立了编织工艺参数之间的几何关系。将预制件的外型尺寸和体积含量的计算值与实测值进行比较,吻合较好,为材料进一步的有限元分析奠定了基础。

Abstract:A series of cross-section images of three-dimensional(3D) five-directional braided composites were investigated by the charge-coupled device(CCD) microscope,and then the yarn's arrangements and their section patterns were discussed.A 3D solid unit cell model was established.The model reasonably reflected the fiber architecture and the cross-section of the yarns.On the basis of the model,the relations between the braiding parameters were determined.The predictions about the dimensions and the fiber volume fr...
