摘    要:研究开发了一种适合以聚乙烯塑料为内衬的水容器壳体湿法缠绕成型用新型环氧树脂复合体系。进行了粘度、力学性能、耐疲劳、爆破实验。结果表明, 改性环氧复合体系室温下粘度低(0.6~0.7 Pa ·s), 凝胶期长( ≥5 h), 可在较低温度下(60 ℃左右) 凝胶、固化; 环氧浇注体强度较高, 韧性好; 环氧/ 玻纤湿法缠绕壳体具有力学性能优异、长期耐疲劳性好、爆破强度高、成本低等优点, 能够满足水处理容器湿法缠绕成型要求。

Abstract:A new epoxy composite system was developed,being suitable for the case of inner pressure vessels with PE as inner liner for water treatment with wet fiber-winding. The examinations of viscosity,mechanical pro-perties and blast were done. The results show that the modified epoxy composite system has longer gel time and lower viscosity at room temperature,and it can gel and cure at lower temperature. So the composite vessel has good mechanical properties and fatigue property, higher blast strength and lower cost,being capable of water treatment with wet fiber-winding.
