| 摘 要： | 数控系统正朝向开放结构和模块化方向发展 ,但当前的研究模式都集中在PC机模式的运动控制层面 ,其在实时性、可靠性和经济性方面的问题 ,使得其尚未能在企业实用领域取得突破。本文针对PC数控开放结构的不足 ,提出以嵌入式微控制器构建开放结构数控系统 ,并实现采用层次化网络激活机制的现场状态监控方案。

| Abstract: | CNC is developing in the direction of open architecture and modular structure,but almost all of the current study is focusing on CNC based on PC platform.Because of the unsolved problems in the fields of real_timing,stabilization and economic factor,PC_mode CNC has not been widely used in manufacturing floor.In the paper a new architecture of open CNC based on embedded MCU and the scheme of network activating status supervision and diagnosis are established. |
