带附加气室空气弹簧动刚度影响因素试验研究

摘    要:以1T15M-2型膜式空气弹簧为基础,建立了带附加气室空气弹簧的试验系统,试验研究了带附加气室空气弹簧动刚度的影响因素,对各影响因素的影响规律做了详细描述,并对各因素的影响机理做了探讨。试验结果及分析表明,振动频率、激励振幅、弹簧初始气压、节流孔开度和附加气室容积是弹簧动刚度的主要影响因素;弹簧初始气压、振动频率和振幅的增大均会增加弹簧动刚度,节流孔开度和附加气室容积的增大则有利于降低弹簧动刚度,但附加气室容积超过弹簧工作容积2倍以上时,附加气室容积的变化对动刚度的影响便不再明显。
