摘    要:裸基座导纳是隔振设计的重要参数,但工程中常需要在设备安装状态下测量基座的导纳,这会给基座导纳测量带来误差。从理论上证明,这种误差在某些条件下可以忽略。即设备刚性安装时机脚导纳应远大于基座导纳;弹性安装时隔振器与设备机脚导纳之差应远大于基座导纳;设备弹性安装时对基座导纳测量的影响总可以忽略不计。文中假设条件较符合工程实际,结论对工程中导纳的测量有实际指导意义。

Abstract:Mobility of bare mount is an important parameter in vibration isolation design.However, mount mobility measurement is normally implemented under the condition of the mount with machine installed, which will lead to errors. These errors can be neglected in some cases clarified theoretically in the paper. In the case of machine installed rigidly, machine mobilities should be much bigger than mount mobilities, or else the influence of errors should be considered. In the case of machine installed resiliently, the mobility differences between isolator and machine should be much bigger than mount mobilities, and the errors in this case can always be neglected. The preconditions mentioned are rather close to engineering reality, thus the conclusions will give help to conduct mobility measurement in engineering.
