摘    要:采用三维冲击/动力接触有限元法计算轮齿的时变啮合刚度和啮合冲击激励,用简谐函数模拟齿轮误差及外部加速度激励。综合考虑由轮齿刚度激励、误差激励和啮合冲击激励引起的内部动态激励以及由冲击加速度引起的外部激励的影响,建立了齿轮箱动力分析有限元模型。应用I—DEAS软件计算了齿轮箱的固有模态,并对齿轮箱承受内部激励和外部激励时的动态响应进行了数值仿真,得出了各种激励下齿轮箱的动态应力,为船用齿轮箱抗冲击能力的确定提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The time-variable meshing stiffness of the geer and the impact excitation between meshing teeth pairs are calculated by finite element method for 3-D impact/dynamic contact problem, the gear error and the external acceleration excitation being described by simple harmonic functions. Considering the internal dynamic excitation produced by stiffness excitation, error excitation and mesh impact excitation as well as the external excitation brought by impulsive acceleration, the dynamic finite element model of gearbox is established. Using the software of I-DEAS, the normal modes of gearbox are calculated, the dynamic responses of gearbox under the internal and external excitation are simulated, and the dynamic stresses are determined. The research results lay down a theoretical basis to determine the shock resistance of marine gearbox.
