中型载货汽车怠速异响噪声源识别

摘    要:针对某载货汽车怠速时出现的异常噪声,综合利用频谱分析技术、声学互动滤波技术、选择性声强法表面声源识别技术、基于消去法的物理声源识别技术,分析确定了噪声来源,并揭示了其传播及辐射机理,结果表明:怠速异响的频率范围为274 Hz~330 Hz;进气系统的进气口和空气滤清器壳体表面是其表面噪声辐射源,而空压机进气噪声是其根本来源,控制空压机进气噪声能够有效消除怠速异响.

Abstract:Aiming at an idle abnormal noise of a middle-duty truck, several approaches, such as, spectral analysismethod, acoustics interaction filter, selective sound intersitymethod for surface source identification and physical separation ofnoise source base on expunctionmethodwere used to identifynoise source and rereal its spread and radiationmechanism. Analysis showed that the frequency range of the idle abnormal noise is from 274Hz to 330Hz; the air intake and the air cleaner shell of the intake system are the surface noise sources; while the intake noise of the air compressor is the essentialnoise source; the edle abnormalnoise can be eliminated bymodifying the intake system of the air compressor.
