钢丝绳隔振器在大型机械设备的振动冲击隔离设计中的应用

摘    要:通过对大型变流机组的隔振设计说明了钢丝绳隔振器的非线性特点,以及选用时如何考虑它的非线性影响,并使隔振系统在振动和冲击两方面同时满足要求。指出只有恰当地选用才能使钢丝绳隔振器的优势体现出来。还讨论了隔振器的非线性给机组运行、起动和停机操作带来的影响。

Abstract:Non-linearity of a stainless steel wire-rope isolator is explained through the vibration and impact isdation design of a big rotary current converter.The influence of the non-linearity must be considered if it is needed for the vibration isolation system to meet the requirements of both vibration and impact isolation.It is pointed out that the advantages of steel wire isolator can be reflected only by right choosing.The non-linearity influences of the isolator when the machine equipment runs,starts and shuts down are discussed.
