南京长江大桥安全监测和状态评估的初步研究

摘    要:本文简要阐述了国内外既有桥梁安全监测和状态评估研究发展概况 ,以南京长江大桥为背景 ,提出了南京桥结构安全监测思路和具体实施方案 ,目的在于建立南京长江大桥结构安全监测和状态评估系统 ,以对桥梁的结构响应和工作环境进行实时监测 ,并利用获取的信息分析结构的工作状态 ,评估结构的可靠性 ,为大桥的管理和维护提供科学的决策依据 ,该方案即将在南京长江大桥上实施。在征求众多专家和管理单位的意见后 ,确定南京桥监测的主要内容分为环境荷载、结构响应和重点病害等三类。结合理论分析和现场实测数据分析 ,本文重点介绍振动响应监测子系统 ,包括监测内容、测点布置、传感器及二次仪表的选型、信号分析处理方法等内容。对大型桥梁实施安全监测和状态评估的重要性、广阔应用前景也进行了探讨。

Abstract:Research and development of safety monitoring and state assessment for existing bridges at home and abroad is briefly introduced in the paper.Ideas and practial plans as regards structural safety monitoring and state assessment for the Nanjing Yangtse River Bride (NYRB) are proposed.The objectives are to establish the structural safety monitoring and state assessment system to monitor the structural responses and working conditions in real time and to analyse the structural working state using information obtained from the measured data and assess the reliability for the NYRB.It will be also provided the scientific decision_making bases for the bridge management and maintenance.The practical plans are being actualized on the NYRB.After soliciting experts concerned and administrative personnel of the NYRB for opinions,the main monitoring contents which consist of environmental loads,structural responses and major diseases are confirmed.Combining theoretical analysis and measured data analyses,the vibration monitoring subsystem,in which monitoring contents,layout of measuring points,transducers,amplifiers and methods of signal analysis and processing etc.are included,is significantly investigated.The importance and wide application foreground of safety monitoring and state assessment for large bridges are also discussed in the paper.
