摘    要:为了分析大型压缩机管道系统的振动故障,对某油田大型压缩机管道系统进行了现场振动测试,得到了管道系统振动分布情况。基于振动测试结果,评估了管道系统的振动情况,分析了产生振动原因,采取了有效的控制管道系统振动的措施,使管道系统的振动降到安全的范围之内。所得实验数据和分析结果对大型压缩机管道系统的动态设计、改造、监测与运行管理具有指导意义。

Abstract:In order to study the fault mechanism of a large scale compressor-pipeline system,the vibration of a compressor-pipeline system in an oil field is measured.Then the vibration distribution of the pipeline is obtained.The criticality of the pipeline is evaluated and the vibration causes of the compressor-pipeline system are analyzed based on the mea-sured vibration data.And vibration control methods are presented here,by which the vibration level of a pipeline system is reduced and it drops into the safe range.These measured data and the analyzed results are the important guidance for dynamic design,modification,condition monitoring and operation management of a compressor-pipeline system.
