拖曳声纳阵隔振模块性能计算分析

摘    要:在现代反潜、海洋水文和资源勘探测量中,拖曳线列阵声纳得到了越来越广泛的应用。为了进一步提高拖曳式声纳的工作性能,必须在声阵模块前、后插入性能优良的隔振模块。本文利用有限元法计算分析了隔振模块在水下的隔振性能。计算表明:隔振模块的隔振性能与其长度、阻尼、所受到的拉力和激振力有关。其中隔振模块的长度是影响隔振效果的主要因素。随着隔振模块长度的增加,其隔振效果将变得越来越好。在长度、阻尼、激振力相同的情况下,拉力小时隔振效果较好。在其他条件相同时,激励频率越大,隔振效果越好;阻尼越大,隔振效果越好。在相同拉力和激振力作用下,隔振模块的隔振效果的起始频率随隔振模块的长度增加而减小。

Abstract:The towed array sonar is used extensively in modern antisubmarine,ocean geologic and resources surveying techniques.In order to reduce and isolate vibration from stern array wings and towed cables,Vibration Isolation Modules(VIM) are incorporated both ahead and astern of acoustic modules.In the paper,the vibration isolation capability of VIM in the water is calculated by finite element method.Calculations show that isolation capability of VIM is affected by the module length,damping,tension and exciting force frequency.Among these parameters,the length is the main factor.Vibration isolation capability is enhanced when the length of VIM becomes longer.In the condition of the same length,damping and exciting force frequency,the isolation effect will be better when the tension becomes smaller.When other conditions are the same,the higher the exciting force frequency,the better the isolation effect.With the same tension and exciting force,the starting frequency of VIM's isolation effect will be lower with increasing of VIM's length.
