基于噪声测量的主轴承间隙状态监测

摘    要:提出了基于噪声和正交小波检测往复式活塞发动机滑动主轴承磨损故障的一种新方法。利用小波分析将测得的机体噪声信号变换到时频域,选择合适的频带加以提取并进行包络分析,可实现通过机体噪声信号监测主轴承的磨损状态。并说明了这种方法的有效性和应注意问题。

Abstract:In the paper a method of monitoring abrasion faults of main bearing with noise signals and orthogonal wavelet transform is presented.Wavelet analysis is used to transform noise signals of the engine into time-frequency domain.Through selecting appropriate frequency band to be extracted and making its envelope spectrum,the aim of monitoring gap abrasion conditions of main bearing can be realized.The result shows that the method is simple and effective,and some problems that should be paid attention to are also illustrated.
