| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于无线Internet网络和LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件平台的球磨机减速机振动测试和运行监控设备；该设备可以完成对球磨机减速机振动运行状况的数据采集、处理、显示、记录、监控、打印及历史数据分析及故障诊断等功能。该系统已成功对多家水泥厂球磨机减速机运行监测及故障诊断。

| Abstract: | A system for vibration testing and monitoring the mill's reducer based on wireless Internet and Lab VIEW virtual instruments software tools is introduced. The system can acquire, process, display, record, monitor, print and analyze the vibration data of mill's reducer, and also can perform failure diagnosis. The system has already been successfully applied to inspect and diagnose faults for lots of ball mill's reducers in cement companies. |
