摘    要:针对振动信号中Hilbert-Huang变换的端点效应问题,结合端点效应产生机理和现有研究成果,提出基于时间尺度的LS-SVM端点延拓的抑制端点效应新方法。首先利用LS-SVM回归特性和一种自适应预测法分别对信号极值点的幅值和时间点进行预测延拓,然后对预测的极值信息进行埃尔米特插值,完成对原信号的延拓。利用仿真信号和实测航空发动机振动信号进行分析验证,表明该方法可同时有效抑制两种端点效应,并具有预测精度高、有效延拓距离长、速度快的特点。

Abstract:To suppress end effects in Hilbert-Huang transformation(HHT) of a vibration signal,considering the mechanism of end effects and the previous studying results,a time scale-based LS-SVM end extension method was proposed.Firstly,by employing LS-SVM regression feature and a new adaptive prediction method,prediction extensions of amplitude and time point of extremums of a signal were conducted respectively and then with Hermite interpolation of the predicted extremums the original signal extension was accomplished.Analysis and validation of both simulated and measured aeroengine vibration signals showed that the method proposed can effectively suppress the two end effects simultaneously and it has higher prediction precision,long effective extension length and higher extension speed.
