摘    要:利用PC机和图像、信号采集设备,建立冠状动脉血管阻抗的估计系统。该系统从血管内超声和血压检测仪器采集冠状动脉内的超声图像、血流多普勒和血压信号,通过提取管腔的截面积曲线和流速信息,获取血流量曲线。结合血压曲线,计算冠状动脉的等效阻抗。系统对不同程度冠脉狭窄、心肌架桥和微循环障碍病人进行临床应用,结果表明:血管阻抗可以反映血管供血和扩张能力与不同类型、程度病症间的关系,有望用于医学临床的辅助诊断。

Abstract:A PC-based system with video and signal acquisition boards is constructed to estimate coronary artery impedance. Intra-coronary ultrasound images, blood flow Doppler and pressure signals are acquired from intra-vascular ultrasound imaging and blood pressure detection instruments. The blood volume waveform is calculated based on an estimate of the lumen area of the coronary artery and the blood flow velocity waveform. Together with the blood pressure waveform, the coronary artery impedance is obtained. Clinical applications to patients with coronary stenosis, myocardium bridge and microcirculation dysfunction show that the impedance obtained with this system can reflect coronary artery's blood supply and reservation capability under various types and degrees of coronary diseases. The system is applicable to clinical diagnosis.
