北京新农村声音意识测评及分析

受昌平规划局委派,走访北京市昌平区所辖范围内的南邵镇、崔村镇、兴寿镇、长陵镇、十三陵镇一共106个村庄和社区,对村庄建设现状及声音意识进行调查分析,研究总结新农村建设中村民的生活情况、文化变迁、声音现状。选取其中4个代表性村庄作为研究对象,采用大量走访调研和问卷调查法,内容包括:(1)不同年龄、性别、环境、文化背景下的村民对声音的感官认识;(2)北京周边新农村建设中村民的声音意识及反馈;(3)通过声音调查找寻新农村建设发展的轨迹和变迁对村庄村民的生活、文化、精神层面的影响。最后,结合测评结果对北京新农村建设从侧面作了总结和建议。

Sound consciousness assessment and analysis in Beijing new rural area

Through the investigation of 106 villages and communities under the Changping district’s jurisdiction, the author makes a research and analysis of present village construction situation and sound consciousness in Beijing new rural area, and summarizes the changes in sound consciousness, villagers’ life and countryside culture. This paper selects 4 representative villages as the research object, and uses a questionnaire survey of sound consciousness assessment. The evaluation includes：（1） age, gender, culture for the impact of sound feeling;（2） the consciousness and feedback of the villagers in Beijing;（3） chasing the trail of new rural construction ＆ development and the influence of changing on the villagers’ life, culture and spirit. Finally, according to evaluation results, Beijing new rural construction is summarized and suggested from a side.
