四端网络法统一变幅杆的性能参量

摘    要:超声变幅杆是超声加工装置中的一个重要的组成部分,其种类较多,且每一种类的各项参数计算较复杂和繁琐,给实际设计带来困难。利用四端网络的方法,对各类型变幅杆的性能参量,包括频率方程、放大系数、位移节点、输入阻抗等性能参量进行了统一表达,大大简化了变幅杆的计算,便于工程设计。

Abstract:Ultrasonic horn is an important part in ultrasonic machining equipment.There are various types of horns,each having many parameters that are difficult to calculate.Based on the four-end net-work theory,for ultrasonic horns with a common shape function and different cross sections,performa-nce factors such as resonance frequency equation,displacement node,amplification factor,input force impedance,etc.,are expressed using the same equation.In this way design and calculation of ultrasonic horn become more convenient.
