摘    要:为了调查城市居民对公共场所噪声的群体性反应,以北京市为样本,通过两次问卷调查得到市民对公共场所噪声的群体性反应数据.测量得到各个调查地点的客观声学数据.并且分别建立了烦恼度与等效A声级、感觉噪度、感觉噪度级之间的关系曲线.调查结果表明,城市居民普遍认为公共场所的噪声比较吵闹;大多数市民对这些噪声感到一定程度的烦恼:受到噪声干扰时,大多数人倾向于采取比较消极的应对措施,也有部分居民能够采取积极的应对措施.非声学因素在人们评价公共场所噪声烦恼度时起到了明显作用.研究还表明感觉噪度和感觉噪度级可以被用来评价公共场所噪声的烦恼度.

Abstract:Based on two questionnaire surveys conducted in Beijing, the data about the community response to the public noise are obtained. Objective noise data are also measured by a sound level meter. Three curves, which show the relationship between annoyance and equivalent A-weighted sound level, perceived noisiness and perceived noise level, are also established. As the survey results indicated, the public noise is generally considered "noisy", and makes citizens feel somewhat annoyed. Most people are apt to take negative measure to deal with the disturbing public noise, although some people can take effective ways to treat it. Furthermore, non-acoustic factors affect the annoyance evaluation of public noise significantly. The research also indicates that the perceived noisiness and perceived noise level could be taken as indicators for evaluating annoyance of public noise.
