超声场对水合氧化锆胶体制备的影响

摘    要:文章研究了不同声场条件作用下,溶胶-凝胶制备氧化锆纳米粉体过程中胶体的沉降、性状以及胶体的ξ电位。结果表明,在适当的声场作用下,胶体的ξ电位发生了改变,可得到颗粒均匀,分散性好,聚集体少且较致密的氧化锆凝胶。

Abstract:The effect of sound field on hydrous ZrO2 colloid produced with the sol-gel method is studied. The results indicate that the gel of average size and good dispersion can be obtained in a suitable sound field. There is little agglemeration in the gel.
