智能化超声波在线式轧钢乳化液浓度计

摘    要:文章简要介绍了用声速法测定乳化液浓度的原理,具体的测定乳化液浓度、温度及声时关系的方法,以及智能化超声波在线式轧钢乳化液浓度计的结构、测试结果。研制的在线式乳化液浓度计经现场考核使用证明其精度达到了±0.1%的要求。

Abstract:The principle of rolling oil concentration measurement using sound speed method,the detecting method of relation between rolling oil concentration、temperature and sound transit time,and the intelligent ultrasonic on-line rolling oil concentration meters structure as well as its measuring results are presented in this paper.It is proved that the on-line measuring precision of the rolling oil concentration detected by this developed meter is reached to higher than±0.1%
