摘    要:重点叙述了利用临界折射纵波(critically refracted longitudinal wave(LCR波)来检测钢轨应力的实验办法。该方法如果用于实际测量,可以提高钢轨检测的工作效率,节约存铁路维护上的开支,加速实现铁路的高效运营。文中详细介绍了整套实验系统以及实验数据采集.并根据应力与声速的线性关系进行分析,其实验误差小于5%。该结果证明了超声波测量钢轨应力的可行性。

Abstract:In this paper, a method for measuring rail stress with critically refracted longitudinal (L_(CR)) waves is described. This technique can improve efficiency of rail stress measurement, reduce cost of maintenance, and enhance safety of the railway. An experiment system is established, and data are collected and analyzed based on the linear relation between stress and the ultrasound velocity. Errors in the stress measurement are less than 5%. The results indicate feasibility of measuring the rail stress by using ultrasonic waves.
