超声破穿冰块的方法

摘    要:本文提出了超声破块的新方法,对冰块样品的实验表明,利用5W/cm^2声强的超声可以达到300mm/min的破穿速度,作者介绍了这种实验方法,并认为:喷射声空化场的空化集中效应是超声破穿冰块的作用机制,最后,预测了这种超声破穿方法在冰处理工程上的应用。

Abstract:In this paper, a new ultrasonic method for breaking through ice block is proposed. For the ice block samples, the 300mm/min of breaking through velocity can be reached only with ca. 5W/cm 2 of the low or high frequency ultrasound. The experimental procedures have been introduced and both cavitation concentrating mechanical effect and thermal effect of jetting acoustic cavitation field in the process are indicated, finally, the future applications in the ice process engineering are predicted.
