| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍集成驱动器（ＩＣｄｒｉｖｅｒ）的内部结构和外部接线的基础上，给出了一种用集成驱动器的做成的超声波发生器电路，并对电路中的电压电流波形进行了测量分析，采用集成驱动器可使线路简化，整机体积缩小、调试比较方便。

| Abstract: | Based on a brief introduction to
the functional block diagram and the connection of a typical IC driver, the circuit of a ultrasound
generator which employs an IC driver to drive the switching MOSFET's is given. The experiments
show that using the IC driver can simplify the circuit and reduce the size of a generator while
maitaining a relatively high efficiency. |
