| 摘 要： | 文章简要介绍了速差法DN100mm小口径超声波气体流量计的原理、性能,利用涡轮流量计进行标定的原理、过程及测量结果。表明DN100mm超声波气体流量计在0.35m/s～14m/s的流速范围内的均方误差可达到±1.1%。
