| Abstract: | This paper describes the design scheme of the original four sets of helium gas supply system, the improved system, increase the monitoring alarm device, and introduces the measurement of helium pressure and flow measuring point arrangement and the choice of sensor installation, at last realizes the centralized monitoring of four sets of helium gas supply system. |
