摘    要:通过几种不同的方法检测氮中含氧标准气体的数据比较,探讨了由于高纯氮气中含有微量氩,对分析检测工作带来的影响.从而提出在标准气生产过程中要充分考虑可能对分析检测引起影响的所有因素,以保证标准物质数据的可靠性.

Abstract:Several different ways were applied to detect trace oxygen standard substance inhigh-purity nitrogen.By comparison of data,discuss the impact of trace Argon on the determination.It can be concluded that all factors which may influence the testing should be givenfull consideration in the standard gas production process to ensure the reliability of the quantity ofstandard substance.
