摘    要:提出了一种新型的负压吸动式雾化发生池,主要应用于气源常温下为液态的标气发生系统中。介绍其结构和运行的原理,在实验的基础上,分析了实验数据,选择最佳的孔径参数值,达到最好的雾化效果。该发生池最终成功应用于标气动态发生系统中,运行稳定,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:This paper presents a novel negative pressure suction type atomizing pool,which mainly used in gas liquid standard gas dynamic system.The paper introduces the structure and operating principle,on the basis of experiments,analysis of experimental data,choose the best aperture parameter values,to achieve the best effect of atomization.The pool eventually successfully used in CNC standard gas dynamics system,running stability,and achieved good results.
