| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用变压吸附（PN－5000）及氮气净化（NC－3000）装置制取高纯氮气的工艺流程，简述了氮气净化装置除氧的工作原理，对NC－3000氮气净化装置在试运过程中出现的产品质量问题，进行了分析探讨，提出了解决方法。
