摘    要:研究了Mg-Li二元合金在两相区附近不同Li含量时合金密度和力学性能变化,并对添加Ag和稀土元素的Mg-7Li-14Zn正交最优合金在i和Ag一时力学性能变化进行了观察。

Abstract:The Density and the mechanical properties of Mg Li binary alloy were investigated in this paper,and the effects of Ag and Li on the mechanical properties of the optimum orthogonal alloy (Mg 7Li 14Zn 0 57La 1.0Ce 1 22Nd 1 6Ag)were discussed. Its results indicated that the density of binary alloy decreased with increasing the quantity of Li, and Mg 10 3Li had a better combination of mechanical properties, the tensile strength of the optimum orthogonal alloy almost increased linearly as the addition of Ag.However,the effect of Li on mechanical properties of optimum orthogonal alloy was different from that of the binary . The examination of the tensile fracture found that the binary alloy was ductile fracture,the Mg 7Li 14Zn ternary alloy was typically intercrystalline fracture, and the optimum orthogonal alloy was ductile cleavage intercrystalline fracture.
