| 摘 要： | 概述了导热高分子材料的应用开发背景，描述了近几年来导热塑料，胶粘剂和橡胶领域的研究开发进展。简单阐述了导热高分子材料的导热机理并对如何设计高导热高分子复合材料提出了几点建议。
