摘    要:采用XD工艺在Ti-Al-B体系中原位自生制备了亚微米级TiB2颗粒增强铝基复合材料。并借助TEM,SEM等分析测试手段研究了该材料的显微组织和常温力学性能,结果表明,TiB2颗粒尺寸在0.1 ̄0.4μm,力学性能大幅度提高。

Abstract:The composites of submicron TiB2 reinforced ZL201 were fabricated by XD process, and the microstructures and mechanical properties were studied by TEM, SEM and so on The results show that mechanical properties of the composites reinforced by TiB2P with 0104m diameter are raised obviously compared with ZL201 matrix
