摘    要:采用等离子喷涂方法制备Cr2O3陶瓷涂层,研究了CeO2和SiO2添加剂对涂层组织和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,在喷涂粉末中添加适量的CeO2和SiO2可降低涂层的孔隙率、减少孔洞尺寸,从而提高了涂层的耐蚀性。

Abstract:The influence of additive CeO 2 and SiO 2 with different content on the microstructure and the resistance to corrosion of plasma sprayed Cr 2O 3 coating was studied It is found that adding just the right amount of CeO 2 and SiO 2 to Cr 2O 3 layer reduces the amount and the size of the pores in layer, and thus increases resistance to corrosion
