高性能聚丙烯腈基碳纤维发展现状与分析

摘    要:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维及其复合材料具有轻质、高比强度、高比刚度、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀和可设计性等优点,已成为航空应用的理想材料。综述了日本东丽公司和美国赫氏公司高性能聚丙烯腈基碳纤维的发展路线,介绍了高性能聚丙烯腈基碳纤维的发展趋势以及最新的研发进展,并对其发展路线进行了对比分析,结合国产聚丙烯腈基碳纤维发展现状,给出了国产碳纤维发展建议,以期为国产高性能聚丙烯腈基碳纤维的可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract:PAN-based carbon fiber and composite have series of excellent properties, such as low density, high specific strength, high specific modulus, fatigue-resistant, corrosion-resistant, outstanding properties in design, which have become the ideal material for aviation application. First, the development route of advanced PAN-based carbon fiber of Toray Corporation in Japan and Hexcel Corporation in America were summarized. Development trend and latest research of advanced PAN-based carbon fiber were introduced. Meanwhile, the development route of PAN-based carbon fiber of Toray Corporation and Hexcel Corporation were comparison analyzed. Then, based on the development situation of domestic PAN-based carbon fiber, development suggestion of domestic carbon fiber was presented in order to promote sustainable development of domestic carbon fiber.
