| Abstract: | The recent progress of ferroelectric ceramic films prepared by electrophoretic deposition technique (EPD)is reviewed.Furthermore,the influence of some key experimental factors,including characteristics of ferro- electric ceramics,voltage,dispersant,heat treatment time,etc in the etectrophoretic deposition process on properties of ferroelectric ceramic films are discussed.Finally,the promising applications of the electrophoretic deposition on fer- roelectric ceramic films are predicted. |
