摘    要:以普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料制备了表观密度达130kg/m3、强度为0.23MPa的低表观密度泡沫混凝土。探讨了表观密度和聚丙烯纤维对泡沫混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,表观密度的下降可显著降低泡沫混凝土的强度和弹性模量,减轻塑性收缩开裂程度;聚丙烯纤维对低表观密度泡沫混凝土干燥收缩和硬化早期干缩开裂的抑制效果显著。

Abstract:Foamed concrete of low apparent density was prepared by using Portland cement as binder,the apparent density and compressive strength of this concrete reached to 130kg/m3 and 0.23MPa,respectively.The results indicate that the lower density of foamed concrete can decrease the compressive strength and elastic modulus,reduce the degree of plastic shrinkage.In addition,adding polypropylene fiber significantly improves resistance drying shrin-kage and the early drying shrinkage cracking of hardened foamed concrete.
